General terms and conditions of cooperation.
Commercial cooperation between Business Partners and the Software Distribution Center refers to sales of license registration keys and programs to so called “end-users”.
This cooperation includes:
  1. ordering and sales of license keys distributed via the Internet.
  2. software sales by email order
  3. cooperation referring to marketing and promotion of offered products
The sales is carried out by the Skulski Enterprises Eesti OU under its trademark Software Distribution Canter (SDC). Reseller orders are placed in our Internet shop at http://b2b.skulski.com
Who can become a Business Partner of SDC
We invite to cooperate all companies and individuals dealing with all forms of software sales (resellers, owners of internet shops as well as traditional shops with software).
How to become a Business Partner of SDC
To become our registered Business Partner you should only:
  1. fulfil the registration form on-line,
  2. mail us a signed agreement.
After receiving a signed agreement we will send you a login and a password to our reseller shop . From this moment on you will be able to make purchase in our partner shop and benefit from all facilities of SDC Business Partners.
